These terms apply to your use of reviewkiln.com and the services of Reviewkiln LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Services

We provide Google review replies, Google Business Profile management, local SEO content and reporting under the plan you choose. The free audit is informational and creates no obligation.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance, month to month, with no setup fee. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to manage the business profiles you give us access to, and that information you provide is accurate. You remain the Owner of your Google Business Profile and may remove our access at any time.

Review policy

We never write fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter which customers are asked. We may decline or end work that would violate Google's policies or the law.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, review counts, traffic or revenue. Google controls its platforms and may change them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
